Rules
01
The race is 1 mile — 4 laps on a 400-metre track.

Each competitor must drink a 333 ml drink before starting each lap.
03
Drinks must be consumed inside the drinking zone.
04
Vomiting during the race results in a penalty lap.

Cans must be unopened at the start.
06
Non-alcoholic and gluten-free options are always available, and they race in the same categories.
